The Adoption Center


Catholic Charities has provided adoption support services since its founding in 1954 and is deeply committed to this service as one way of supporting the Catholic Church’s commitment to the sanctity of life. 


Disaster Relief

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Greensburg may, as funding is available, provide financial assistance for victims of disaster.


Emergency Services

The primary goal of the information and referral program is to provide emergency financial assistance, information and referral, as well as case management services to individuals or families unable to meet their immediate basic needs.

Elijah Endowment

In 2006, Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Greensburg created the Elijah Endowment Fund to assist families and individuals in achieving and sustaining self-sufficiency through the programs and services of Catholic Charities.

The Counseling Center

Counseling is about help and it's about hope. Catholic Charities therapists use their knowledge of mental health, human development, social resources and therapeutic techniques to prevent and treat mental, emotional and behavioral problems. Our goal is to help you achieve a healthy adjustment in your personal, interpersonal and social lives, in your family, and in your community.

The Pregnancy Center

An unplanned pregnancy can be one of life's most difficult experiences. Catholic Charities offers confidential and personal support and education regardless of age, marital status, economic condition or religion. Our experienced, caring and skilled counselors provide individual and family counseling to help birth parents sort out their feelings and make informed choices. Assistance is provided to support you through your decision making process, pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
