Join us September 21-23 at Camp Conestoga, Bakersville, Pa., for the 2012 Boy and Girl Scout Retreatoree!

This year's retreatoree will explore our personal relationship with God through activities, discussion and liturgy. The $25/person fee includes meals, snacks, t-shirt*, patch and the overall program.

Check-in begins Friday at 6:00 p.m. The full program begins at 8:00 p.m. All attendees must provide their own tents for the weekend.

A healthy dose of good food and fun always accompanies our programs. The weekend will end with Mass on Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. Families are encouraged to attend Mass.

The Retreatoree is open to Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts in the Diocese of Greensburg from all councils in fifth grade and above, as well as scouts of all faiths, including Venture Scouts, Explorers, Camp Fire Boys and Girils, and Webelos Scouts.

A current annual health and medical record form (parts A and B) is required for each individual scout and adult, and should be brought to check-in. *Preregister by September 7 to guarantee a retreatoree t-shirt.

Scouter Development Program for adults

All adults are welcome to attend the Scouter Development course, which will be held during the retreatoree.

This program helps form our adult discipleship. It will also aid you in discerning how you are called by Christ and his church to

·         Conversion

·         Holiness

·         Leadership

·         Worship

Through guided reflection and small group sharing, you will recognize the prompting of the Holy Spirit and grow in faith. This wonderful faith experience is sure to uplift you.

An adult track will be held for those adults not taking part in Scouter Development as well.
