OWA—Adding a sender to contact list
When you receive a message by email from an outside sender, you may want to add that person to your address book so you don't have to look up the senders email every time you send a message. This tutorial will show you how to add someone to your address book.

Start by opening the message you just received and right click on the senders email address in the from field and select Add to Outlook Contacts.

Now fill out as much or as little information as you would like to keep about this contact. When you are done, click Save and Close.
You contact is created and can now be found in your address book.
