Outlook—Adjusting stationary fonts and colors
When you create a stationary, it may change the default color of your reply or forward messages. In this tutorial, we will change the default colors of an applied stationary.

First, go to Tools >> Options

Now Choose the Mail Format tab then click the Stationary and Fonts button.
Now we see that our font for Replying and Forwarding Messages is set to a light blue. We want to change this color to an easier to read black so we click on the Font button.

From here, we will change the font color and select OK.
Keep selecting OK until you are back at your Inbox.
You have now changed the color of your default font for Replies and Forwarded Messages.
