OutlookChanging the color of unread messages

 

 

By default, outlook shows unread messages as a boldface black font instead of the red font Lotus Notes used. If you would like to change the color of your unread messages, you can do so by going to

 

 View >> Current View >> Define Views

 





Select Messages and click Modify




















Select Automatic Formatting














Highlight Unread Messages and Choose Font














Change your color and select OK














Select OK, Then Select OK again, Then Select APPLY VIEW

 

 





All unread message will now appear in the color you selected for all your views.
