Outlook—Changing the default address book
By default, Outlook will bring the "Global Address List" up first. The default address book can be changed by following this tutorial.

First go to Tools in the toolbar and select Address Book.

Now that you are looking at your default address book, go to Tools and select Options.

Now you can change your default address book. When you have selected the address book you like, choose OK.
You have now changed your default address book so each time you look at the address book it will default to your selection.
