Outlook—Out of Office Assistant
Your Out of Office Assistant is a tool that automatically replies to all messages you receive. In this tutorial, we will create an Out of Office Assistant message and reply to all messages sent from within the organization.

First, go to Tools >> Out of Office Assistant

Now set up your Out of Office Assistant as you wish

Now that we have a message configured for all the people who are inside our organization, set up the Assistant to NOT respond to messages outside our organization. Do this by unchecking the Auto-reply to people outside my organization. Now select OK.
Your out of office agent is now set up and will respond to emails sent from within our organization. To disable the Out of office agent, you can go to the Removing Your Out of Office Assistant tutorial.
