How are the Diocesan Lenten Appeal and Bishop's Circle connected?
The Bishop's Circle is a giving society recognizing leadership gifts of $1,000 or more to the Diocese of Greensburg. Donors may become members of the Bishop's Circle through their support of the Diocesan Lenten Appeal.
What is required to become a member?
Bishop Circle members make a minimum annual contribution of $1,000 renewable at the start of each calendar year.
Who are charter members?
Individuals who contribute during the initial year of the establishment of the Bishop’s Circle become charter members. Charter members will receive continuous recognition of their uninterrupted annual support for years to come.
What are the benefits of membership?

How are funds used?
Annual contributions to the Bishop’s Circle are made through a gift to the diocese or
The Catholic Foundation, including the
Diocesan Lenten Appeal, the Seminarian and Clergy Formation Collection, Catholic Schools, Catholic Charities, or the Diocesan Heritage Center. Donations made to specific appeals will be used in accordance with the stated purpose of those appeals. Outright gifts may be unrestricted or made for a particular purpose.
