The Office of Catholic Schools of the Diocese of Greensburg is currently accepting applications for the position of Assistant Superintendent. The qualified candidate must be a practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to the philosophy of Catholic education and spiritual formation. The candidate must possess a Master’s degree or equivalent in the area of school administration, experience in educational administration, and curricular leadership. The candidate will also possess superior analytical, listening, and conflict-resolution skills. In addition, the qualified candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills and can work effectively as a liaison with federal, state, and local educational agencies.
The incumbent will collaborate with school constituencies of the diocese including principals, teachers, parents, and students. The incumbent will assist in the comprehensive strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services. The candidate will provide leadership in formulating and directing policies, procedures, goals, and objectives for programmatic and professional development, and educational support services. Furthermore, the candidate will direct and assist with coordinating and completing grant activities within the Office of Catholic Schools and the Catholic schools within the Diocese of Greensburg.
