Greensburg Central Catholic Junior-Senior High School seeks qualified applicants for a position that will provide support services to the principal and business manager. The individual collaborates with the principals and business manager in implementing the mission of the school with specific focus on the school’s mission of serving the financial needs of the school, our students, and their families.
Primary duties include:
- Maintaining student files and financial record keeping.
- Managing purchase orders-coding/approval/ordering/distribution.
- Managing invoices and ability to research open items and communicate with vendors.
- Cash management and reconciliation.
- Processing Government book orders.
- Bank deposits and cash receipt entry.
- Booster accounting entry and support.
- Special projects and duties determined by the principal or business manager.
Applicants must have an associate degree in accounting, business or equivalent experience, accounting skills and Microsoft Office software computer skills. The ability to learn specific software applications for school financial accounting. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to honor and maintain confidentiality. Full background checks and clearances are required to be completed prior to employment.
