The Diocese of Greensburg seeks qualified applicants for the position of Coordinator of the Development Database and Diocesan Lenten Appeal (DLA) Records.
The coordinator is responsible for the operation of the development database and ensuring the accuracy of the database. The coordinator also is responsible for the receipt, recording, and verification of all donations made to the Diocese through the Office of Development and for running necessary periodic reports regarding donors, donations, and related items. The coordinator serves as the primary liaison with the database vendor and with database users at the Diocesan level.
Qualified applicants must be high school graduates with a minimum of three years of professional office experience, and have experience and strong skills in data entry and database management. Applicants must be proficient in the use of Word and Excel, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and have excellent customer service skills.
