The Catholic Diocese of Greensburg seeks a full-time maintenance technician. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ building trades experience. Duties include work on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, lighting, painting, snow removal, lawn care, and small motor care. The maintenance technician, part of the maintenance staff, must have the ability to work independently in completing work orders. Housed at Christ Our Shepherd Center, the maintenance technician is required to perform work at other diocesan facilities.
Candidates Must have the ability to work from a ladder or lift device, be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and be able to access and work in confined spaces. The position is primarily a Monday through Friday daylight hours assignment, but the selected individuals must be able to work evenings and weekends when necessary and be able to respond to off hour emergency call outs.
