Maintenance Technician
Diocese Pastoral Center, Greensburg, PA
This is a full time, benefits eligible, maintenance professional who will serve as part of the maintenance team addressing routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and grounds needs at Christ Our Shepherd Center, the Diocesan Pastoral Center, Catholic Charities and related facilities. Reporting to the Facilities Operations Manager, the maintenance technician will work with the supervisor to ensure all maintenance needs are met in a timely manner. The individual may be required, as needed, to assist with maintenance needs at other diocesan facilities.
Qualified applicants must have at least two years professional experience in performing routine maintenance work and have a demonstrated knowledge of general electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues. The individual must have good communication skills, verbal and written, be able to prioritize work needs, and be able to work efficiently on an independent basis. A valid drivers license is required.
