This position serves as the lead administrative support position to the Director of Engineering, Facilities and COSC for the Diocese of Greensburg. The individual is responsible for the day-to-day office operations and record keeping as well as for maintaining and updating facilities records for all diocesan owned properties. In addition to having excellent office management skills the individual must have strong organizational skills, be able to work with detailed records of materials and facilities and maintain them in an accurate manner, have strong computer skills and be able to learn new computer programs in a reasonable period.
The individual also must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact with parish representatives, the public, and vendors on a regular basis to handle conference events.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience as a lead office support person, have a working knowledge of maintenance work order processes and systems, and excellent organizational and computer skills.
