Position 1 – The Office of Faith Family and Discipleship
This position provides overall clerical support including but not limited to processing departmental documents and information, maintaining appropriate records, and assisting with the efficiency of office operations. The ability to coordinate information regarding programming and registration for programming is critical.
Position 2 – Catholic Charities
This position provides receptionist services for the Office of Catholic Charities as well as supporting overall office operations by completing routine clerical tasks as assigned. The position supports and reports to the Director of Community Relations and Special Events, and also provides general clerical support to the Director of Counseling and Director of Information & Referral Services.
Qualified applicants for each position should have:
- a minimum of three years of diverse clerical experience
- the ability to work with co-workers, clients and the general public in an effective and respectful manner
- strong analytical skills
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an ability to learn specialized software
- the ability to work independently and to multi-task
- a strong understanding of the Catholic faith.
