Office Specialist – The Office of Faith Family and Discipleship
This position provides overall clerical support including but not limited to processing departmental documents and information, maintaining appropriate records, and assisting with the efficiency of office operations. The ability to coordinate information regarding programming and registration for programming is critical.
Qualified applicants should have a minimum of three years of diverse clerical experience; an understanding of data management processes and software including the ability to work with unique software; strong analytical skills; strong communication skills, both verbal and written; excellent organization and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; the ability to work independently and to multi-task; and a strong understanding of the Catholic faith.
