Bishop Kulick will celebrate Mass at the Masontown Site of Saint Francis of Assisi Parish. The celebration will commemorate the 10th Anniversary of the formation of the parish, as well as the 10th Anniversary of the Election and Installation of the Holy Father, Pope Francis.
