 March for Life

The March for Life began as a small demonstration and rapidly grew to be the largest pro-life event in the world. The peaceful demonstration that has followed on this somber anniversary every year since 1973, is a witness to the truth concerning the greatest human rights violation of our time, abortion.

Unite with others who share the faith that all life is unique from day one, and join thousands of individuals who band together every year at our nation's capital, Washington D.C.

Read Bishop Malesic's letter addressing our goal in protecting the sanctity of life.

Those near or far, who are committed to supporting the pro-life movement, are encouraged to participate in a multi-faceted novena, 9-Days-for-Life. Sponsored by the Committee on Pro-Life Activities of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, 9-Days-for-Life began in 2013 in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the Roe v. Wade decision. Joining tens of thousands nationwide, you can help advocate a culture of respect and protection for every human life through daily prayer and sacrifice. From January 14 to January 22 (the annual Day of Prayer for the Legal Protection of Unborn Children), you may sign-up to recieve daily prayer intentions via email, text message, or the free 9-Days-for-Life mobile app.
