 The Vatican

The Vatican website is a Catholic's source for many aspects of the faith. Letters, prayers, encyclicals, homilies, daily meditations and other written works are provided to enrich daily religious life. Current Vatican news, and information about the Holy Father and his predecessors, including biographies, photos, videos, and even the Pope's twitter feed, can be accessed through the website. A resource library with links to the full text of the Bible and Catechism, as well as the Codes of Canon Law and other books, is also provided.

 United States Conference of Catholic Bishops

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) is an assembly of the hierarchy of the United States and the U.S. Virgin Islands who jointly exercise certain pastoral functions on behalf of the Christian faithful of the United States. The purpose of the Conference is to promote the greater good which the church offers humankind, especially through forms and programs of the apostolate fittingly adapted to the circumstances of time and place. This purpose is drawn from the universal law of the church and applies to the episcopal conferences which are established all over the world for the same purpose.

 Pennsylvania Catholic Conference

The Pennsylvania Catholic Conference is the public affairs arm of Pennsylvania’s Catholic bishops and the Catholic dioceses of Pennsylvania. There are 10 Catholic dioceses in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Eight are Latin Rite dioceses, fully contained within the Commonwealth. Two are Byzantine Rite dioceses with Apostolic Sees in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. The Pennsylvania Catholic Conference has set broad objectives and highlighted some particular issues of concern.
