Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Greensburg seeks qualified applicants for the position of Information and Referral Caseworker.
The selected candidate, reporting to the Director of Information and Referral, will accept intake calls and requests for service, provide short-term supportive and interventive service to clients on an emergency basis and provide initial assessment of the client’s needs/request and recommend appropriate service.
Qualified applicant must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related Human Services field from an accredited college or university; Master’s Degree preferred
- A minimum of two years human services experience
- A valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage
- Certification as an information and referral specialist through AIRS must be obtained after one year of employment at no cost to the employee
