Effective May 1, 2026
Resignation
The Reverend Richard J. Kosisko, JCL, has resigned as Pastor of Saint Mary, Mother of God Parish, Freeport, for health reasons.
Medical Leave of Absence:
The Reverend Richard J. Kosisko, JCL, has been granted a continuation of his leave of absence for medical reasons with residence at St. Anne Home, Greensburg, PA.

Retirement:
Mrs. Sheila R. Murray, CPA, MBA, CDFM, CGMA, retires as Chief Financial Officer of the Diocese of Greensburg and from all other Diocesan appointments.
Chief Financial Officer:
Ms. Mara L. Bradford, CPA, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Diocese of Greensburg.
Effective June 1, 2026
Resignation:
The Reverend Monsignor James T. Gaston resigns as Director of Clergy Formation while remaining in all other assignments.
Managing Director of the Office of Vocations and Clergy Formation:
The Reverend Tyler J. Bandura is appointed as Managing Director of the Office of Clergy Vocations and Ongoing Formation while remaining as Pastor of Saint James Parish, New Alexandria and Dean of Deanery V, and in all other assignments.
Director of Priestly Vocations:
The Reverend Dave M. Slusarick is appointed as Director of Priestly Vocations while remaining in all other assignments.
Director of the Permanent Diaconate:
Deacon William M. Newhouse is appointed as Director of the Permanent Diaconate while remaining in all other assignments.
Effective July 1, 2026
Retirement:
The Reverend Monsignor William R. Rathgeb, JCL, JV, retires as Judicial Vicar of the Diocese of Greensburg, with the title – Judicial Vicar Emeritus.
Interim Judicial Vicar:
The Reverend Daniel J. Ulishney, JCL, is appointed as Interim Judicial Vicar while continuing as Pastor of Saint Agnes Parish, North Huntingdon and in all other Diocesan appointments, while remaining in residence at Saint Agnes Parish Rectory, North Huntingdon, PA.
At the recommendation of The Very Reverend Robert Marva, OFM Cap., His Excellency, The Most Reverend Larry J. Kulick, JCL, Bishop of Greensburg, has made the following appointments:

Resignation:
The Reverend John Pavlik, OFM Cap., resigns as Administrator of SS. Simon and Jude Parish in Blairsville and the Church of the Good Shepherd Parish in Kent while remaining as Pastor of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish in Coral and Dean of Deanery II, as well as remaining in all other Diocesan assignments, with a residence at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish Rectory, Lucernemines, PA.
Conclusion of Ministry:
The Reverend Joseph Pham, OFM Cap., will conclude his ministry as Parochial Vicar at SS. Simon and Jude Parish, Blairsville and the Church of the Good Shepherd Parish, Kent, and awaits a pastoral assignment by his religious community.
Administrator:
The Reverend Philip White, OFM Cap., is appointed as Administrator of SS. Simon and Jude Parish, Blairsville, and Church of the Good Shepherd Parish, Kent, with a residence at Saint Bernard of Clairvaux Parish Rectory Friary, in Indiana, PA.
