 NCYC 2021
​​The National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC) is the largest Catholic youth gathering in the U.S., with over 20,000 young people, clergy and religious, and adult chaperones attending from all over the country. 

A pilgrimage of faith, NCYC is an exciting, biennial three-day experience of prayer, community, and empowerment for Catholic teenagers addressing a wide variety of topics including Catholic spirituality and prayer, social justice issues, sexuality, and leadership.

NCYC features a huge interactive village where hundreds of exhibitors, musicians, games, hot meals, and learning centers of all types will be available throughout the conference.​

At the Send-off, you will receive all of your swag and go over details and rules for the pilgrimage.

 Costs

​The NCYC trip package includes NCYC Registration Fees, lodging, breakfast each day, lunch and dinner on Thursday, taxes, tips, a diocesan t-shirt, a diocesan jacket, a diocesan hat, region t-shirt, waterbottle, cell phone battery, journal, evening snacks, motor coach transportation throughout the entire pilgrimage, trading items and a Pilgrimage Send Off.

Other Costs:
Pilgrims are instructed to bring spending money for lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday, NCYC souvenirs and other merchandise available from vendors at the conference, as well as for any stops made during the drive from Greensburg to Indianapolis.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

  • Cancellations before September 1 will be refunded 100%.
  • Substitutions after September 1 will have a $35 substitution fee per NFCYM.
  • Cancellations (without substitutions) after September 1 will be refunded 50% of the total cost of the trip.
  • Cancellations (without substitutions) after October 15 will not be refunded.
  • If NFCYM cancels the conference, pilgrims will be refunded 100%.
